KNOWING WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

In our “information age” and “social media overload how can we be assured that we know what we need to know?

God gives us helpful advice.  Pay attention to the action words.

My child, listen to what I say, and treasure my commands. Tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding. Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding. Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures.

Then you will understand what it means to fear the Lord, and you will gain knowledge of God. Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair, and you will find the right way to go.

Proverbs 2:1-5,9

Too many times we want to click a button or scroll through a 30-second video to find the answer we need.  We tend to call out to Siri or Alexa or Google many more times than we call out to God. 

Today is a great opportunity to change that and to actually find what our hearts are seeking.
