God Has A Plan

When we turn our will and our life over to the care of God we certainly have no idea where God will lead us. Thankfully, God does! He has a plan and a purpose for each of us. God planned when we would be born, where we would be born and where we would reside. He did this so that at the appointed place and time we would have the opportunity to seek Him and find Him.
From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. For in him we live and move and have our being. (Acts 17:26-28 NIV)
After we accept Jesus as Saviour and Lord we become God’s precious children. Nothing in all creation can separate us from the love that God has for us. We can give all our anxiety to our Heavenly Father for He cares about what is happening in our lives. His knowledge of us is so great that even the hairs of our head are numbered.
Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (Luke 12:6-7a; 1 Peter 5:7 NIV)
If we truly believe that God is good and cares for us, then our fear of the future will subside and we will look forward to what each day holds. The Bible tells us that if we call out to God when we are in trouble, He will answer us. As His beloved children, God delights in us and, as a loving Father He will correct us when we do wrong, and teach us to do what is right. God is slow to anger, forgiving and filled with unfailing love. We can be assured and confidently trust God’s plans for our future for we know, and have come to believe, that God is good all the time.
