God is willing to support us and strengthen us as we lay down our own self-directed ways and invite Him to lead us along the path He has chosen for us. It is time to take inventory of our lives and determine the changes we want to see and the decisions we need to make to get us to where we want to be.
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. (2 Chronicles 16:9 NKJV)
What has God already said in the Scriptures that we can act on? Have we resolved to surrender our self-will to God and ask for His will to be done in our lives? Are we prepared to be patient while working through a variety of circumstances, allowing God to show us a way forward?
For you are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory. The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you. Do not be like a senseless horse or mule that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.” Many sorrows come to the wicked, but unfailing love surrounds those who trust the Lord. (Psalm 32:7-10 NLT)
If we decide to proceed with what God tells us to do, no matter how incredible it might seem, we will experience the joy of seeing God work in ways we never would have thought possible. God is always with us. That is a fact. We don’t have to face any difficulty alone. That is a fact. Together with God any difficulty can be worked out and overcome. That is a fact. The question for us is, will we determine to live in a way that gives God an opportunity to demonstrate the facts?

Show me the right path, O Lord; point out the road for me to follow. Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you (Psalm 25:4-5 NLT)
PRAYER: Loving God, I am ready to surrender my self-will and ask that You teach me Your will and Your ways. AMEN
